The Story
We spent a weekend in March of 2016 at Pacific City on the Oregon Coast with some friends - the first time I did more than just drive past en route to Newport. I found myself wondering how I hadn't made it to Pacific City in the 12 years I've lived in Oregon. The tidepools are amazing, there's a "replica" of Cannon Beach's Haystack Rock and the bright green algae on the rocks can make a flat day pop.
